Silence is not absence.
It is the space a colour enters
before it becomes itself.
In my work, silence appears as a slow transition —
a movement without direction,
a field where the surface gathers breath
before shifting into its next state.
Some fragments surface.
Most remain quiet.
The Liminal Line
A recurring signature in Ballogletti’s work —
a thin, vibrating threshold between two states of colour.
A rupture that is less painted than revealed,
where presence gathers quietly.
